Andrew C. Gertsch joined Dunn Law Firm in 2023. Mr. Gertsch practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, business law, litigation, and real estate.
Prior to joining Dunn Law Firm, Mr. Gertsch gained experience in a general practice firm where he had the opportunity to represent hospitals, municipalities, businesses, and individuals in both state and federal court. In his practice, he has successfully litigated on behalf of his clients on a variety of issues at both the trial and appellate levels in courts throughout Illinois.
Beyond his litigation experience, Mr. Gertsch has experience advising his clients in various transactional matters. He represents individuals in their estate planning process and in their administration of a loved one’s estate. Further, he has represented municipalities, hospitals, businesses, universities, and other entities advising them in their operations.
