Mr. Arkell exclusively practices immigration law. Over the past two decades, he has quietly developed an extensive network throughout the world and he has successfully represented Fortune 500 clients, start-up companies, and many of the most prestigious state and private universities in the United States with very complex immigration matters. For over two decades, he has also represented international faculty members, researchers, scientists, physicians, high-profile professional and amateur athletes, and sports teams with complicated immigration matters. In addition to his immigration expertise, he has also successfully argued cases before the Illinois Supreme Court, Illinois Appellate Court, Illinois Court of Claims, U.S. District Court, and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
