Ali Elhorr

Ali Elhorr is a 2015 graduate of The University of Texas at Dallas and received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in 2018, and his entire legal career has focused exclusively on immigration law.  For three years prior to joining the Dunn Law Firm, he worked for one of the largest immigration law firms in the world.  His experience includes leading teams of paralegals in preparation and filing H-1B petitions, PERM applications, EB-2 NIW petitions, PERM based I-140 petitions, Adjustment of Status applications, and L-1A and L-1B petitions.  His primary focus at the Dunn Law Firm is handling nonimmigrants visas (E, H, K, L, O,  P and TN) and green card applications under EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability), EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers), EB-2 (PERM/Advanced Degree Professionals and National Interest Waivers) for universities, companies, scientists, researchers, professors, physicians, athletes, and artists along with any other extraordinary individuals needing immigration counsel.  He also files citizenship applications and represents families needing assistance with green card applications.
